The Blues went behind after 21st minutes strike from Tadic to put the relegation threatened side in front.
Bednarek added the second goal in the second half of the game. But Subtitute Oliver Giroud headed home Alonso cross to pull a goal back for Chelsea.
Eden Hazard from eight yards fired home the leveller as the ball beat McCarthy in the 75th minutes.
Two minutes after, Giroud rapped up the winning goal with a fine close range finish for Blues.
