The weekly Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting for this Wednesday, will not hold.
The budget is expected to be signed on Wednesday.
Principal officers of the National Assembly, including the Senate
President, Bukola Saraki and Speaker, House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara have been invited to witness the signing ceremony at the Presidential Villa.
Recall that the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina had hinted last Wednesday, that the budget will be signed this week without revealing the exact day and time.
The National Assembly passed the budget on May 16, over seven months after the president submitted the proposals to the lawmaker.
Buhari presented a proposed budget of eight trillion, six hundred and twelve billion, two hundred and thirty-six million, nine hundred and fifty-three thousand, two hundred and fourteen Naira (N8,612, 236,953,214) to the lawmakers.
