The team was unable to hold its press conference, as no fans nor media were allowed due to the weather.
The tweets from the NFF reads: "Media Alert. Our training sessions at the Avita Resort, Bad Tatzmannsdorf today, will be behind closed doors. No fans will be allowed in and no media coverage is needed."
Nigeria is expected to fly on a chartered plane to Russia for the World Cup this weekend. Nigeria will play Croatia on June 16 in their opening game.
Iceland, Argentina, and Croatia are in the same group with Nigeria.
