Mbappe scores twice as Messi and Argentina lose 4-3 to France


Argentina have been knocked out of the FIFA world Cup following a 4-3 loss to France.

Argentina equalised after Angel Di Maria's thunderbolt levelled things up after incredible long-range strike.

Mercado deflected Lionel Messi's strike past Hugo Lloris to put Argentina ahead in the second half.


Benjamin Pavard then scored incredible half-volley to put France back on terms.


Kylian Mbappe then put Les Bleus ahead with powerful finish from close range

PSG striker slotted another after beautifully weighted ball from Olivier Giroud.


Sergio Aguero came from the bench to head the third in the 90th minutes.
