One of the players in Nigeria 's last World Cup squad in Brazil, Michael Babatunde is on the move again.
Wydad Casablanca has confirmed the signing of the Nigeria international on a three-year deal from Qatar SC.
The Caf Champions League holder reportedly splashed out $1.5 million to secure the services of the versatile forward who is now a household name in that region since he left Ukraine.
Many will be surprised with Babatunde's move going by the reports of alleged contract breaches against compatriot Chisom Chikatara
- who is reported to be moving towards the exit - in the books of the Moroccan giants.
Babatunde has been involved in 12 games for Qatar SC this season, scoring three times.
He has now made history as the first Nigerian to play for both Moroccan giants Raja and Wydad Casablanca, two of the most revered club sides in Morocco.
