Unai Emery has taken no time to st stamp his authority and according to the Mirror, he's already introduced a ban at Arsenal's London Colney training ground.
In an attempt to help Arsenal's players bond, especially with so many new faces arriving recently, Emery has banned phones from being used at lunch.
"Emery is keen for the entire Arsenal team to become more integrated post Arsene Wenger - including the academy," the report states.
"He's banned phones at lunch, for example, and asked the youth starlets to eat in the dining room with the senior players."
