Released Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere passed his West Ham medical.
The Mirror says the England man has completed a medical ahead of his move to the London Stadium.
Following his release from Arsenal at the end of last month, the 26-year-old is now a free agent and was set for a shock move to Fenerbahce.
However, following face-to-face talks with Hammers manager Manuel Pellegrini during the week the midfielder now looks set to stay in the capital by signing a three-year deal worth £100,000 a week.
The medical was under huge scrutiny thanks to his previous injury problems.
The midfielder has missed more than 150 games in total throughout his career thanks to being injured and recovering from injury problem.
