Maccabi Tel Aviv signed Nigerian striker Chikeluba Ofoedu on a two-year deal from Turkish Super League side Eskişehirspor.
The 25-year-old former Enugu Rangers star following a successful medical with the 21-time Israeli Champions and joins the club on a free transfer.
Maccabi’s CEO, Ben Mansford, told the club’s official website: ''I am delighted to welcome ‘Chico’ to Maccabi as we continue to finalize the squad for this season.

Ofoedu started his career with Nigerian outfit Enugu Rangers where he made his senior debut at the age of 18 before featuring for Turkish clubs 1461 Trabzon, Karşıyaka, Samsunspor and
Eskişehirspor, scoring 58 goals in 172 appearances in Turkey
