Michy Batshuayi has joined Valencia on a season-long loan from Chelsea.
The Belgian forward moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2016 and scored the goal which secured the Premier League title, away at West Bromwich Albion, at the end of his first season at the club.
Batshuayi spent the first half of the 2017/18 campaign with the Blues, scoring the decisive goal in an impressive Champions League win against Atletico Madrid, as well as a hat-trick in a League Cup tie against Nottingham Forest, before moving on loan to Borussia Dortmund, where he scored nine goals for the German side.
The striker was then included in Belgium’s squad for this summer’s World Cup in Russia and scored twice.
