DRAKE fulfilled the birthday wish of a seriously ill 11-year-old fan over the weekend by visiting her in hospital.
The rapper, 31, surprised super fan Sofia Sanchez while she waited to undergo a heart transplant in Chicago, after seeing a video of her completing his In My Feelings Challenge.
Drake fans film themselves performing a viral dance to his new single - Sofia posted her own last week and asked the rapper to visit her in the ward.
Making her wishes come true, the Too Good hitmaker proceeded to surprise her the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, in what the 11-year-old called 'the best birthday present ever'.
In a video shared by the hospital, Drake is seen hugging Sofia, before snapping photos with her and even giving a performance of his hit God's Plan at her bedside.
Clearly delighted, she gushes to the camera: "He's one of the first wishes I've got in a long time.
"He walked in and I was like, is this real or fake! I gave him my autograph, he gave me his. It's the best birthday present I've ever had."
Before adding: "Thanks so much Drake for coming to see me, it means a lot that you came to cheer me up."
Drake later posted a photo of the beaming pair to his own Instagram, captioned: "Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball."
