Ahead of the much anticipated ASO Annual Lecture and Awards 2018, the ASO Multi Media team paid a special visit to Babafemi Ojudu -Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters and Hon Minister of State for Petroleum -Dr Ibe kachikwu to discuss strategic partnerships and engagements of the event.
The 2018 prestigious Aso Annual Lecture and Awards will be hosted in Nigeria, at Sheraton Hotels, on the 22nd of November, with the aim of redefining the relative impact of youth participation in elections.
According to the Convener, Agboola Desmond, while reacting to the theme of the forthcoming edition "Youth Participation in the Electioneering Process of Nigeria, he comprehensively laid emphasis on the relevance of youths in deciding its national future through responsive participation.
"The timely campaign, lecture note and awards for this year, is designed to develop a responsive synergy amongst youths from across the country, who can collaboratively define the future of her nation.
The 2018 edition of Aso Annual Lecture note and award event will be attended by outstanding national figures, massive youth turnout and seasoned speakers in Nigeria.
Amongst the invited guest, is Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who will be specially guesting the ceremony, amongst other remarkable appearance. On the other hand, the event is expected to recognise and reward over 15 distinguished personalities and establishments, both in the public and private sector.
However, over 5000 youths are expected to be freely registered at the program, as nomination is presently going on via online media, so as to carefully elect recipients of the award. Many personalities in politics, business, Entertainment and media are bill to attend.
