ABIN BIO CONGRATULATES KWARA GOVERNOR-ELECT, ABDULRAHMAN ABDULRAZAQ, THANKED KWARANS
THE House of Representatives member-elect (Baruten/Kaiama Federal Constituency), Hon. Mohammed Omar Bio (Abin Bio), has congratulated Alh. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq on his electoral victory as governor of Kwara State, wishing him 'a glorious tenure' as he serves Kwarans.
Hon. Bio made this known in a Press Statement made available to journalists/bloggers by the head of media and public communication of the Abin Bio Campaign Organisation, ABCO, Seko Jibril, at the official declaration of the governorship results.
The HoR member-elect also commended the good people of Kwara State for peacefully exercising their franchise to elect candidates of their choice and called on all stakeholders to join hands in promoting the agenda of taking Kwara to the Next Level.
"We have come to the end of a fulfilling electioneering exercise and a long walk to political freedom in Kwara and Kwarans have spoken loud and clear by voting the candidates of their choice. We started with the Presidential and National Assembly elections and now, the gubernatorial and State Assembly.
"In all of the above, we demonstrated our implicit confidence in our great party, the All Progressives Congress, (APC), by voting in all our candidates.
"I therefore express my deepest appreciation as a HoR member-elect to the good people of Baruten/Kaiama Federal Constituency and Kwara as a whole for making us proud.
"I want to specially congratulate Alh. Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq for his well deserved victory. We thank God for for making this political dream a reality in Kwara. On behalf of the entire good people of Baruten/Kaiama, I wish our new governor-elect a wonderful and prosperous administration ahead," the statement added.
"With the election of Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, the team is now complete and with God and your support, we trust that the trio of Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, Senator-elect Sadiq Umar and myself, will take Baruten/Kaiama and Kwara at large to the next level of development, In Sha Allah," he concluded.
