Arsenal’s first leg clash with Napoli has been reversed due to latest UEFA rules. The European football governing body made this changes due to the rule which states that two clubs from same league cannot play same night at home.
According to UEFA, "Arsenal & Chelsea cannot play at home on the same night following a decision made by the relevant local authorities. Arsenal's tie will be reversed in accordance with the UEFA Club Competitions Committee principles. The first leg against Napoli will therefore be in north London."
Chelsea on the other side travel to face Slavia Praha.
