Hazard models Chelsea's new kit for next season

Chelsea are already thinking about next season with their new kit launch, as the Premier League side have launched their kits.

Images of their star man, Eden Hazard, modelling their new shirt have been leaked.

The Belgian, who in the kit launch appears alongside fellow players Ethan Ampadu and Cesar Azpilicueta, is said to be in advanced talks with Real Madrid.

Eden Hazard has been speculated to join Real Madrid in the summer.
