The Egyptian superstar picked up a knock during Liverpool's recent top-of-the-table showdown with title rivals Manchester City at Anfield, and was seen walking gingerly at the full-time whistle.
Salah has pulled out of Egypt's upcoming matches as a result, and gave fans an update this week by showing the treatment he has been receiving in a bid to be fit for Liverpool's upcoming clash with Crystal Palace.
While away on national duty, Salah appeared to have been joined by a member of the Liverpool medical staff in order to step up his recovery and minimise injury.
Salah posted an update to social media on Thursday afternoon, in the form of a short video clip showing himself have creams and oiled massaged into his left ankle.
The Liverpool talisman then followed this up with a snap of himself looking bright and cheery, which will no doubt be taken as a positive sign on Merseyside as supporters wait on confirmation that their star man will not be ruled out for long.
Earlier in the day Salah had caught up with team mates, posing for pictures with Mohamed Hany in the team hotel.
Table toppers Liverpool return to domestic action on Saturday, November 23, when they head to Selhurst Park.
