Actress and singer, Omawumi, has shown off a new set of tattoos planted on her ankles and wrists.
The 37-year-old shared a picture on Friday on Instagram to show fans her new tattoos.
The ‘Night Bus to Lagos’ actress first apologised for looking unpresentable in the photo before commending the tattoo designer, an undergraduate of the University of Lagos.
“I met a well-spoken young girl yesterday who does Henna Tattoos, She’s an undergraduate of Unilag and carried herself with decorum and always had a smile on her face,” she said.
“I get excited when I meet upwardly mobile young women who are hardworking and intelligent, who are not phased by the shortcut ways of the world. It’s not easy to stand your ground especially with all the flossing on the social media 😁 I just want to say to you …keep the hustle strong, your beans dey fire, e go soon done. Omawumi was recently in Cotonou, Benin Republic, for a concert.
