It's been reported by the Daily Mail that six positive Covid-19 cases have found in the first round of testing in the Premier League.
The Premier League’s hopes of restarting the season in three weeks after clubs agreed for players to begin group training.
It was reported that the clubs conducted their own testing over the weekend.
From the 728 tests carried out between players and staff, six were found to be positive.
They have been asked to self-isolate for a period of seven days.
The Premier League has refused to confirm the names of those who have tested positive.
