Premier League: Bournemouth 4 vs 1 Leicester City (Highlights) 2019-2020

Leicester City were thrashed at the South Coast 4-1 against Bournemouth in the late evening kick off on Sunday.

Vardy had pounced in the first-half to give Leicester a deserved 1-0 lead at half-time, but Bournemouth, inspired by two half-time changes, came out a different side after the break and looked good value for their four unanswered goals.

The introduction of Stanislas seemed to lift the Cherries and Solanke will be grateful to have grabbed his first two Premier League goals.

Rodgers will be disapppointed with his side as three of the goals were easily avoidable, while the Soyuncu red card has to go down as a very costly, needless error.

That win takes Bournemouth up to 18th but they remain three points adrift of safety.

Nevertheless, this result comes at a vital time and could be the catalyst for an unlikely escape from relegation.

For Leicester, they make it seven on the road without a win. More importantly, that result further opens the door for Manchester United and Chelsea to jump in and steal their Champions League spot.
