Real Sociedad have finally unveiled David Silva since he was signed weeks ago.
Recall that the Spainsh international joined the La Liga side from Manchester City. He left the Etihad Stadium as a free agent.
Silva said: “Can’t wait to start. I would like to thank everyone for the welcome they have given me. The club is doing a great job and I'm going to give it my all for this group”.
David Silva was initially linked to join Lazio in the Serie A following a luxurious offer from the Italian side. But the Spanish international decided to return to Spain.
He added: “I want to help Real win titles. It is very important for the club”.
He will wear the jersey number 21 which he reportedly wore during his spell at Manchester City where he won Premier League titles, League Cups as well as FA Cups.
