Osasuna defeated newly promoted La side Cadiz 2-0 away from home at the Estadio Ramón de Carranza in the late kick off on Saturday.

The visitors took an early lead under 10 minutes as Adrián López (Osasuna) right footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom right corner. He converted the chance from an assist by Oier Sanjurjo with a through ball to make it 1-0.

Cadiz were unable to convert their own chances and were punished for the second time in the 79th minutes.

Rubén García (Osasuna) left footed shot from the centre of the box to the high centre of the goal to seal the win from an assist by Lucas Torró with a headed pass.
