Rennes recorded a 4-2 win against Nimes at the Stade des Costières on Sunday Ligue 1 clash.
The opening goal came in the 12 minutes, Serhou Guirassy (Rennes) left footed shot from outside the box to the top left corner. He was assisted by Raphinha.
The home side equalised in the 36 minutes of the game, Adrián Cubas (Nîmes) left footed shot from outside the box to the bottom left corner following a corner to make it 1-1.
Serhou Guirassy (Rennes)got his second goal of the game, it was a right footed shot from the centre of the box to the centre of the goal from Flavien Tait assist.
In the second half of the game, the visitors extended their lead with two more goals despite Nimes equalising after 55 minutes.
Zinedine Ferhat (Nîmes) left footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom right corner. He was assisted by Birger Meling and made it 2-2.
Nayef Aguerd (Rennes) left footed shot from the centre of the box to the centre of the goal from Benjamin Bourigeaud with a cross following a set piece situation.
The fourth came when Benjamin Bourigeaud (Rennes) right footed shot from the right side of the box to the bottom left corner. He was assisted by Romain Del Castillo following a fast break.
