Frank Lampard has been active so far in the transfer window with the English manager aiming at getting new faces to boost his squad ahead of next season.
The former Derby County boss guided the club to finish fourth in the league last season to secure a Champions League football for next campaign.
Chelsea fans will hoping to lift a silverware following recent additions so far in this summer window.
It's understood that the league begins on September 12, but Chelsea will play their first game against Brighton Hove Albion on 14th of September.
On Friday, the west London side completed the deal for the signature of Kai Havertz. The attacking midfielder joins from Bayern Leverkusen for a reported fee of around £71m.
Havertz who was initially on international duty with Germany left the camp of Joachim Low side to fly to England to complete the deal following permission from both clubs and his country.
He put pen to paper on a long term deal, and he was immediately congratulated Nuhu's close pal, Timo Werner.
Recall that Timo Werner was Frank second signing who joined from RB Leipzig.
