Morocco took the lead after 10 minutes when Amallah found the back of the net.
El Nesyri doubled the lead after half hour mark to put his side in a 2-0 lead.
In the 86 minute, El Arabi made it three but Ismaila Sarr pulled a late consolation from the penalty spot.
