Brighton refused to give up and substitute Mac Allister rifled in an equaliser in the 90th minute, before Dunk was sent off for a two-footed challenge on Cahill.

Hodgson's side move up to 12th with this first point in three matches, while Brighton are in 16th. Next up for Palace is a trip to Fulham next Saturday, two days before Albion's next match - a home meeting with West Brom.
