Mohamed Salah React Angrily After Klopp Substituted Him In Brighton vs Liverpool Draw

Jurgen Klopp has been vocal with the fixtures of his side due to their participation in the UEFA Champions League this season.

Liverpool faced Atalanta at the Anfield stadium and the Reds suffered a 2-0 loss at the end of 90 minutes.

The Reds kick off the Saturday fixture when they travelled to Amex stadium to face Brighton Hove Albion.

It was Brighton Hove Albion that had the first chance to take the lead only for Neal Maupay to blaise his shot wide.

Liverpool who didn't look convincing in most part of the game finally grab the opening goal from Diogo Jota who has been in great form this season since he joined from Wolverhampton.

Liverpool scored the second by Sadio Mane but it was ruled out for offside and Brighton got a second chance from the penalty spot. This time, Pascal Gross made no mistake to send Alisson Becker the wrong way and made 1-1.

During the game just before Mane came on as a substitute, the camera caught Mohamed Salah show off his displeasure when he was substituted.

The Egyptian returned to action last weekend against Leicester when he completed his self isolation after he had tested positive for coronavirus during duty for Egypt.
Salah threw his hands up in disgust when his number went up on the board and shook his head as he made his way off the pitch.
He was replaced by Saido Mane, as Jurgen Klopp had started Firmino, Jota and Salah in the attack.

The draw saw Liverpool move top of the league with 21 points, while they await result from second placed Tottenham who will travel to face Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
