   Manchester United will hope to seek revenge when they host Istanbul Basaksahir in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night.

The Red Devils were stunned by the Turkish side in the first leg just before the international break few weeks back. 

On Tuesday night, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer side will face Basaksehir at Old Trafford. 

Manchester United haven't been convincing this season, as they have been inconsistent. 

The Red Devils defeated a resilient West Brom 1-0 at Old Trafford in Saturday night after Bruno Fernandes scored from the penalty spot after he had missed the first spot kick but was retaken after the goalkeeper stepped out of his line before the kick was taken.

Ahead of the game, it's been reported that Jesse Lingard had contacted coronavirus. 

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer revealed that Jesse Lingard is currently in self-isolation at the moment. 

The 27-year-old will miss the Champions League clash with Istanbul Basaksehir on Tuesday night.

Earlier in the day, the English international who has been out of the team due to fitness issues posted a video of him working on an exercise bike in his home.

Although, Manchester have lots of players who can fill in the position of Lingard. 

Solskjaer said: 'Jesse is still self-isolating because he's been in contact with a COVID positive. He'll be back soon.'Paul Pogba is able to return to the United side on Tuesday night after missing Saturday's win over West Brom due to a minor injury.

The French midfielder came back from international duty with a minor niggle but the Manchester United boss claims he is desperate for Pogba to come back.

Solskjaer added: 'I hope Paul is going to be available.

'He trained this morning, it's still uncomfortable and (there's) some pain, so we'll make a decision on that in the morning (Tuesday).'

It's also been reported that Luke Shaw and Phil Jones are still long-term absentees and will miss the game against Basaksehir.

While Paul Pogba who missed  Saturday's win over West Brom due to a minor injury is expected to be fit to play on Tuesday night. 

Solskjaer added: 'I hope Paul is going to be available.

'He trained this morning, it's still uncomfortable and (there's) some pain, so we'll make a decision on that in the morning (Tuesday).'
