She announced in early December that she’s pregnant with her third child.
The photo shows the singer and actress, 39, smiling into the camera as she lies in a hospital bed with boyfriend Matt Pokora, 35, in the background.
The picture dates back to January 20 when she welcomed her son with the French musician.
Milian and Pokora have been together since they started dating in August 2017.
They announced their second pregnancy with a post on Instagram on December 10.
