It's been gathered that the Nigerian forward has tested negative for Covid-19.
Recall that the Everton star tested positive for coronavirus following the result which was conducted in Port-Novo on Saturday. This made him miss the game against Benin Republic.
Although, Gernot Rohr had to make a late change ti bring on Henry Onyekuru for Iwobi and things did go according to plan for Nigeria.

The team returned to the country on Sunday afternoon and the players and staff had to undergo Covid-19 test.
Following the latest test, Iwobi came negative which means he has been passed fit and declared open to face Lesotho.
Nigeria will face Lesotho at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Lagos, the game is expected to kick off at 5pm GMT.
