Goals from Victor Osimhen, Ogenekaro Etebo and Paul Onuachu saw Gernot Rohr side pick up the win.
Nigeria got the first goal after 23 minutes from Oshimen who later assisted the second goal scored by Etebo in the 50th minutes before Onuachu late strike.
After the game, Oshimen was handed the man of the match performance following his participation in the game.
Although, Nigeria have qualified for the 2022 AFCON expected to be hosted in Cameroon next year January.
The Super Eagles of Nigeria finished the group as leaders as they were unbeaten in all their games, while Benin Republic came second, Sierra Leone and Lesotho third and fourth respectively.
After the game yesterday, likes of Alex Iwobi who plays for Everton, Troost-Ekong of Watford, Semi Ajayi of West Brom were seen on the same plane with Rangers duo of Joe Aribo and Leon Balogun.
It appears the players are returning back to their club sides as club football will return to action this weekend.
