Gareth Southgate has announced the England squad for the World Cup qualifiers.

It's been gathered that The Three Lions are scheduled to face San Marino, Albania and Poland.

West Bromwich goalkeeper Sam Johnstone has also been given his debut senior international call up, while Jesse Lingard, John Stones and Luke Shaw have been handed recalls by Southgate.

England's number one Pickford is currently ruled out due to injury and Johnstone has been called to replace him.

Dean Henderson and Nick Pope are the remaining two goalkeepers.

While Lingard seems to have rediscovered his form since he arrived at West Ham on loan from Manchester United.

Kieran Trippier of Atletico Madrid is in the squad despite limited game time this year because of his betting ban.

Aston Villa Jack Grealish is out due to injury but youngster Jude Bellingham has been called up.

Also, Ollie Watkins of Aston Villa has gotten his first international call up due to his form for Villa this season.

They face San Marino at Wembley on Thursday next week before a trip to Albania on Sunday March 28 and a home fixture with Poland on Wednesday March 31.
