Shaw joined Manchester United from Southampton and his progress at Old Trafford has been hit with injuries.
But so far he has managed to stay fit and available for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as they remain second in the Premier League table.
Meanwhile, Shaw has been rewarded for his stunning form with the player of the month award. It's the second successive month for the English international.
The Southampton academy star picked up the award ahead of his fellow nominees Dean Henderson and Victor Lindelof.
Following the votes casted by fans, Luke Shaw got 63 per cent of the votes while
Dean Henderson came second with 26 per cent and Victor Lindelof with 11 per cent.
Just so you know, Shaw was recalled back into the England's national team in this month's international break.
After he played over the weekend for England in their 2-0 win over Albania on Sunday, Gareth Southgate expressed delight to have Shaw back to his best.
Gareth Southgate said: “I’ve seen somebody who is just delighted to be here, enjoying his football and playing with confidence. First and foremost, Luke is a good defender and that’s important for us. We have to keep clean sheets. He certainly seems to have a smile on his face.”
