Twitter’s CEO Jack Dorsey has purchased a majority stake in Jay Z’s TIDAL

It's been gathered that Twitter’s CEO Jack Dorsey has purchased a majority stake in Jay Z’s TIDAL for $297 million. It was acquired by Jack’s company Square.
According to credible sources, music mogul Sean Carter otherwise called Jay Z has agreed to sell majority of Tidal to Jack Dorsey’s tech company Square for $297 million. 

Just so you know, Jay Z bought the company in 2015 for $56 million.

Earlier, Jay-Z took to his Twitter page to share the news which has since generated a lot of reactions from fans. 

Meanwhile, the CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey has confirmed the deal following a tweet on his page. 

He tweeted: "I’m grateful for Jay’s vision, wisdom, and leadership. I knew TIDAL was something special as soon as I experienced it, and I’m inspired to work with him. He'll now help lead our entire company, including Seller and the Cash App, as soon as the deal closes. "
