Afeez Owo pays tribute to his wife Mide Martins late mom, Funmi Martins

Nigerian movie star has taken to his social media space to pay tribute to his mother in law.

Just so you know, Popular movie star Afeez Owo is currently married to fellow actress Mide Martins and they have been blessed with two kids.

Mide Martins mother Funmi Martins is a popular figure in movie industry in the 90's. The late Funmi Martins passed away years old and it appears that her memory continues to linger in the mind of Afeez Owo.

Afeez Owo was groomed by the late actress and he was very close to her. Although, we don't know how he met his wife, Mide Martins but one thing we are sure of it that they have continued to build their marriage despite the rumours of infidelity in the past.

Early this afternoon, Afeez shared a throwback snap of Funmi Martins. It appears the photo was taken when she was much younger as he paid tribute to her with eulogies.

He expressed how grateful he is and added that he will be forever indebted to her. In his final words, he called "Iya" a Yoruba Language which means "mother" in English.
