Chelsea fans are still celebrating their UEFA Champions League triumph. The Blues defeated Manchester City 1-0 in the final of European club competition over the weekend. 

Thomas Tuchel came out victorious against Pep Guardiola at the end of 90 minutes. 

Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game in the 42nd minutes after he received a through pass from Mason Mount. 
The Germany international scored his first goal in the Champions League this season. 

It was the second time that Chelsea will lift the Champions League trophy. The first came in 2012 when they defeated Bayern Munich. 
Over the weekend, a Chelsea fan showed his passion for the club as he decided to dress in matching Chelsea imprint for his wedding. 

According to Ghana Chelsea Football Fans Twitter handle shared a snap of couple dressed in an outfit decorated with Chelsea logo. 

The caption reads: "Say whatever you want, This is the kind of love we have for this club @ChelseaFC Good morning blues Trophy."
