A goal on the stroke of half time from Fabio Silva was cancelled out by a brilliant header by Diagne just after the hour mark. West Brom fought with everything they had but it wasn't enough to get a late winner and take all three points.
Wolves remain 12th in the Premier League after that result and will host Brighton next weekend. Meanwhile, West Brom remain 19th and engulfed in the relegation zone with a trip to Arsenal up next.
