PSG star Gini Wijnaldum shares moment He video calls Former Liverpool Team Mates, Van Dijk and Joe Gomez

Paris Saint-Germain star got his fan attention following his post on his social media platform. The Netherlands international is still a supporter of Liverpool despite his exit from the club.

Gini Wijnaldum left Liverpool following the expiration of his contract last season. The former Newcastle and PSV star signed three years deal with Paris Saint-Germain until June 2024 on a free transfer.

Recall that Gini Wijnaldum captained Netherlands at the 2020 European Championship where they were knocked out in the round of 16 against Czech Republic.

On Thursday (July 29th 2021) Gini Wijnaldum shared moment he was video calling his former team mates ahead of their pre-season game later tonight. 

Liverpool will face Bundesliga side Hertha Berlin in a friendly game on Thursday night.

Wijnaldum was seen talking to Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez. The two defenders missed the entire 2020-2021 season due to long term injuries.

Sharing the post on his verified Instagram page, he captioned: "Love to chat with my bro’s, hopefully they can play their first minutes in tonight’s game. Good luck."
