The Reds fans were excited this afternoon following report that Fabinho has committed his future to the club.
On Tuesday (August 3rd 2021), Fabinho has signed a new long-term contract. The Brazilian midfielder put pen to paper on five years deal.
Recall that Fabinho joined Liverpool in 2018 from Ligue 1 side, AS Monaco. The midfielder has made 122 appearances so far as a Liverpool player. The 27-year-old has lifted the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and Premier League with Liverpool.
Fabinho is expected to join the rest of his team mates in their pre-season training camp in Evian this week.
Liverpool will kick off their 2021-2022 Premier League season against Norwich City on August 15th.
