Following a goalless first half, Thomas Tuchel side came into second half with a dominating performance.
The Blues broke the deadlock when Thiago Silva climbs above Alli to head Alonso's corner across goal and beyond Lloris into the bottom corner.
Chelsea doubled their advantage when Kante receives a pass 25 yards out and proceeds to rifle a low strike that takes a wicked deflection off Dier to trick Lloris. The ball flicks off Dier and spins against the inside of the post, before trickling agonisingly over the line.
Thomas Tuchel side added more mystery on Nuno Espirito Santo side late in the game with the third goal. Timo Werner drives to the byline before cutting it back to Rudiger - who's still in the box following a corner - and he sweeps a low finish across Lloris and into the bottom corner from 12 yards.
