In the 27th minutes, Touré was again involved as he moved down the right, beyond Franck Tabanou, and sent a low cross into the box for Adama Traoré to send a shot through Karl-Johan Johnsson's legs.
Rony Lopes teed up with Keita Baldé after taking Johnsson out of the game in the 36th minutes.
Monaco went on to claim a fourth after Félix Eboa Eboa felled Carrillo and Fabinho converted the spot-kick just before half time.
Monaco added two more goals and Touré again was the provider, Traoré once more the finisher, sending a curling shot beyond Johnsson in the 76th minutes.
Carrillo surged in behind Christophe Kerbrat to reach substitute Rachid Ghezzal's cross and make it six goals to nil in the 78th minutes.
