Tottenham star Alli & Man Utd starlet Wan-Bissaka have ruled out of the squad, Chelsea youngster Hudson-Odoi & Liverpool midfielder Oxlade-Chamberlain included.
Chelsea trio Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, and Fikayo Tomori makes the squad for the second time in a row.
Man City defender Stones & Leicester playmaker Maddison also return to the team.
