England football star Raheem Sterling snapped up an entire road of houses for £1million after his fiancée decided to become a property developer.
The £300k-a-week Manchester City ace has bought six new two-bedroom houses in a rundown part of Stockport, Greater Manchester, and is now renting them out for £750 per month each.
Neighbours today said they were 'surprised' multimillionaire Sterling, 24, who lives in a £3million Cheshire mansion, had bought the properties – for around £166,000 each – in the unfashionable area of Reddish.
