Nigerian striker, Victor Osimhen is currently unhappy with the situation of self-isolation due to coronavirus outbreak.
The world of Football has decided to go on break due to the epidemic with has struck the world.
Osihmen who leads the attack for French club, Lille took to his social media and wrote:
"I miss doing my JOB😩🤦🏽♂️"
The Nigerian Forward has played 27 games in the Ligue 1 and scoring 13 goals with a record of 4 assist so far this campaign.
Osihmen has been in blistering form, with 5 appearances and 2 goals in the Champions League this season. He has also scored in Cup competitions for Lille, 2 goals in Coupe de La Ligue and 1 in French cup.
WHO IS VICTOR OSIMHEN IN CLUB FOOTBALL?
WOLFSBURG INTRODUCE OSIMHEN
In 2017 Osimhen officially signed a three-and-a-half-year deal with Wolfsburg following his exploit at the FIFA U17 World Cup in 2015.
He made 12 appearances and recorded no goal.
OSIHMEN UNSUCCESSFUL TRIALS
Osimhen had summer trials with Belgian clubs Zulte Waregem and Club Brugge, but none of these clubs signed him.
OSIHMEN AT CHARLEROI
After a frustrating 2017, Osimhen joined Belgian club Charleroi on a season-long loan deal in 2018.
At Charleroi, he scored 19 goals from 34 appearances. At the end of the season, Charleroi made his move permanent.
But sold the player to French side, Lille in the following season in 2019.
OSIHMEN AT LILLE
On 11 August 2019, Osimhen made his Ligue 1 debut for Lille OSC, scoring a brace against Nantes.
He has replaced Nicolas Pepe who moved to Arsenal for £75m.
OSIHMEN AT SUPER EAGLES
Osimhen kicked off when he featured for Nigeria under-17 team that won the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile.
Osimhen annouced himself as he won the Golden Boot and Silver Ball awards.
Osimhen progress was noticed by Nigeria coach Gernot Rohr who named him in his squad that won bronze at 2019 Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Egypt.
After Jude Odion Ighalo retired after the Nation's Cup, Osimhen has been leading the attack for Super Eagles.
The 21 years old has made nine appearances for Nigeria scoring four times.
