Chelsea defender David Luiz felt they paid for not taking their chances in Sunday's defeat at Liverpool.
Luiz admits the result was a blow to their top four hopes.
"At the end they got their opportunities and they scored, and we didn't," he told chelseafc.com.
"It's a bit frustrating when you do a great game at Anfield and you don't get the three points. They have a great team, a great philosophy, a great coach, they are in the run to fight for the title, they are excited about that, but I think we had our chances.
"When you play in big games against big clubs you don't get many opportunities to score, so when you have you have to try to score. Eden made great choices, one unlucky with the post, the other one the wind was not his friend, but okay, he was trying like always.
"We didn't get the points here but we are still in the fight.""
