Aubameyang Send Message To Arsenal Fans After He Signed New Contract

Arsenal fans went over the moon with their reactions after the news that their captain signed a new deal.

The news reportedly filtered over the internet today and the Gunners can be assured of the Gabonese international future.

It's been confirmed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has signed a new three-year contract. The new deal will see him remain at the Emirates stadium until 2023.

Recall that Aubameyang joined the Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in January 2018. He has since made 111 appearances and scored 72 goals for the north London side.

Recall that he jointly won the Premier League Golden Boot with 22 goals in his first season in England.

Although, the forward scored 29 goals in 44 appearances in all competitions last sesson.

The forward also lead his team to clinch the FA cup trophy. Aubameyang scored twice scoring against Manchester City in the semi final. He also scored another brace in the final against Chelsea.

He went ahead to net against Liverpool in the Community Shield as the Gunners went ahead to lift the trophy on penalties.

He went on his express his delight of signing the new deal with the Gunners, he tweeted; "this is where I belong @Arsenal"
