The Formula 1 champion seemed in high spirits as he joined his female companion for a few days aboard Sir Philip Green's yacht Lionheart in Calvi, Corsica on Thursday. 

The pair only left the boat to walk Lewis' beloved pet bulldog Roscoe and then to board a helicopter to go to Italy where the next Formula 1 grand prix will take place.
