Mkhitaryan Snubs Unai Emery and Arteta But Thanks Wenger In His Farewell Message To Arsenal

Arsenal have confirmed the exit of Henrikh Mkhitaryan. The former Borussia Dortmund star contract was terminated by Arsenal in order to join Roma where he spent last season on loan permanently.

Mkhitaryan barely found his feet at Emirates under Unai Emery and was sent on loan.

Recall that the attacker joined Arsenal in a player swap which saw Alexis Sanchez move to Manchester United in 2017.

Mkhitaryan has expressed his gratefulness to Arsenal and the fans for their support.

He also thanked Arsene Wenger for the confidence in bringing him into the club.
