Ronald Koeman and his players will be hoping to return to winning ways after their run in the league came to a stop at the El Clasico.

Barcelona hosted Real Madrid last week at the Camp Nou, which happened to be the first leg between both rivals.

It was the Los Blancos that came out victorious as they beat Barcleona 3-1.

It was gathered that Barcleona came back strong against Juventus in their UEFA Champions League mid week game.

It ended 2-0 in favour of Ronald Koeman side at the end of 90 minutes.

This weekend, Barcelona take on Alaves at the Estadio Mendizorroza.

Ahead of the game, it been reported that Marc Ter Stegen didn't make the trip because he is not yet fully recovered after undergoing knee surgery on August 18. Although, there are reports that he trained on Thursday but Koeman doesn't think the player is 100% fit.

This means that Neto will remain between the sticks for Barcelona.

Also, likes of Samuel Umtiti, Ronald Araujo, who suffered a hamstring away to Juventus in midweek, and Philippe Coutinho, who has had discomfort since the Clasico are all out of the game on Saturday.

Barcelona's squad list is as follows:
Goalkeepers: Neto, Inaki Pena, Arnau Tenas.

Defenders: Sergino Dest, Gerard Pique, Clement Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Sergi Roberto, Junior Firpo.

Midfielders: Sergio Busquets, Carles Alena, Miralem Pjanic, Pedri, Frenkie de Jong.

Forwards: Antoine Griezmann, Martin Braithwaite, Lionel Messi, Ousmane Dembele, Francisco Trincao, Ansu Fati, Konrad de la Fuente.
