Victor Oshimen Sends Solidarity Message With Goal Celebration Against Atalanta

It's was a sensational last season for Victor Osimhen. He arrived Lille for an undisclosed fee from Chalorie as he come on board to replace Nicolas Pepe who joined Arsenal for a fee of 72m pounds.

The Nigerian international guided Lille to finish in the fifth place as the Ligue 1 season was cancelled prematurely due to coronavirus pandemic and Paris Saint-Germain were handed the title.
Victor Oshimen was named player of the season for Lille and he soon attracted interest from clubs such as Barcelona, Arsenal, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain and other top clubs in Europe.

He eventually made his decision to join Napoli for a record fee as the most expensive African player for a fee of 50m pounds with several add-ons which saw the fee rise up to 80m pounds.

Napoli handed him the jersey number nine.

Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen scored his first goal against Atalanta. Napoli are currently leading Atalanta 4-0 at the Sao Paulo stadium on Saturday after first half.

Lozano scored twice and Politano added the third but host before half time, Osimhen added the fourth goal.

After he bagged his first goal, he decided to celebrate with a solidarity message to Nigerians who are currently protesting against Police brutality.
