The home side scored two goals each in the first and second half of the game. Bilbao got thr lead courtesy and eight minutes own Goal by Víctor Ruiz.
Just before half time, Ander Capa (Athletic Club) header from the right side of the six yard box to the top right corner made it 2-0.
Iker Muniain (Athletic Club) header from very close range to the bottom left corner added thr third for Bilbao in a game which the host sóde looked confident all through.
Alex Berenguer (Athletic Club) scored th fourth goal with aleft footed shot from the centre of the box to the bottom right corner. Assisted by Yuri with a cross.
