Video: Liverpool's Virgil van Dijk visit the gym as he continues recovery from injury

Liverpool fans have been handed a huge boost as their experience defender was pictured in personal training. 

It's been gathered that Virgil Van Dijk rehabilitation has been going fine, with the Netherlands international filmed at the gym. 

Van Dijk has been out of action since he suffered injury against Everton back in the Merseyside derby few months ago.
